St. Mary the Virgin Parish Church (C of E)

St. Mary’s Church meets the spiritual needs of the parishioners of Preston Candover, Nutleyand Axford.  All Christian denominations are welcome and services reflect both traditional and modern requirements for worship.  Full service details are found in the Oxdrove parish magazine. There are two choirs: the Church Choir, which sings at local services, and the Benefice Choir (formed of singers from all five parishes) which sings on special, seasonal occasions.  Bellringing: there is a fine peal of six bells, and new members of all ages are welcome.  There is much to attract families and children.  Pastoral care is of prime importance and the Rector is available to visit all homes in the parish.
