Parish Council

The Parish Council meets on the first Monday of the month at 7pm in the Preston Candover Village Hall Annexe.   The public are welcome to attend all meetings and are invited to participate in the annual Parish Assembly, which takes place in April.

Meetings take place at least 10 times a year, with the August and January meetings being optional, depending on the urgency of business to be transacted.

Minutes are posted on the website once they have been agreed as a true record and signed by the Chairman at the following meeting.    For example, April’s minutes will be signed at May’s meeting and so will be posted on the website mid May.  Agendas are posted on all three parish notice boards (Preston Candover village hall, Axford, and Nutley) at least 3 working days prior to the meeting, as well as on the website.
